As the main contractor for the Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities Fairway Drive development in Te Kamo, we played a vital role in delivering modern, well-designed housing solutions to help meet New Zealand’s social housing needs. This project transformed a single dwelling into three thoughtfully constructed homes, reflecting our commitment to efficient land use and quality craftsmanship.
The development includes a two-bedroom duplex and a five-bedroom home, specifically designed to support tenants with mobility challenges. Our scope of work extended beyond construction, incorporating civil engineering tasks such as earthworks, site preparation, infrastructure connections, and enhancements to public services. Hard and soft landscaping were integrated to create a welcoming and sustainable environment for residents.
